Americas Doctors

America's Frontline Doctors formed a group of physicians trying to do what is right in prescribing medication for their patients in order to treat COVID. They developed a facebook page, and a website. They held a news conference that resulted in a lot of drama. The press conference focused on the use of Hyroxychloroquin a drug that has been on the market safely for 65years. The CDC, and Dr. Fouchey pulled the drug in Janurary right before the pandemic hit the US> Coincidence, I dont think so. They pulled it because it was effective and a low cost solution. They wanted this virus to take a toll, cause fear, increase postive cases, and then later on produce high dollar vaccines and medications. We live in such a corrupt workkd it is sick. These doctors can see through the plan and made it kown. Because of their actions, many were fired and hushed. They lost there website and the videos and information were pulled. So we can have freedom of speech as long as it fits the correct li

Visit

Jayden had talked of her friend Shark flying to Iowa and helping her make the long drive back to Oklahoma. We liked the idea of her having someone to ride back with very much. I had wanted to meet him and we were still trying to figure out the whole relationship. It has been a bumpy road for them and we didn't know if he would even follow through in coming. He was not only coming to Iowa, he last minute came a day earlier than expected.  Mark and I had been planning all summer to take the Bloomer trailer with living quarters to Brushy Creek camping. There was always something that came up or the weather didn't cooperate. Jayden takes the trailer back to college so we had this week left to take it and this was our last chance. We had to cancel our overnight trip, however we still went for a trail ride and enjoyed the evening. The kids and I whipped the house into shape as best we could for company and Mark and I headed to Brushy Creek late afternoon. We went on a trail ride with

End of July

June 25th we went to Iowa City to celebrate Mark's cousin Suzy's 50th birthday. Her triplet sisters put on the party at Kelli's home. Mark, Ali, and I rode with karen and Orrie. It was unbearable hot and the idea was for everyone to be in the garage and outside. It was just too hot. There was a large crowd of family and friends in a small space and no mask wearing. It was a nice party and it was fun to see the triplets. At one point I ate an almond and chipped a tooth. It seemed like it would be a simple fix, It turned into a crown to which I had to have 3 appointments with 4-6 shots each time. Ugh! Jake met with the head leader of the Escape high school youth group from Cornerstone. He invited Jake to lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings, which happened to be his favorite. I was so impressed that they reached out to meet with Jake. I am assuming they are meeting with each of the kids, but not sure. There has to be a few hundred kids in escape. He did encourage Jake to join the Lead

Minnesota Trip

When we learned our county fair was canceled, I asked Mark if we could plan a short trip. The fair was something the kids were looking forward too, it was the only activity and fun event for the summer. So, I planned our trip to Minnesota. I searched the internet for lake resorts within 6 hours and wanted to somehow visit Laugerman's. I had not seen any of them since Rose's funeral. I have been video chatting with Laura a couple times a week since April. I feel like we have gotten close. Her and John are all I have left of the Dean Laugerman family and I want to stay connected. I found a place called Appeldoorn's resort along Lake Mille Lacs. The lake was an hour north of  Mark and Laura's. Laura invited us to stay and helped make arrangements for John Laugerman and John Jones to meet us too. All 5 of us piled in the tahoe with luggage and bags filling every extra corner. We were crammed in! We made it to Laura's around 5PM Sunday night, July 19th. Both Noah and Aus

The Fancy House

The new look has a lot of white. All cabinetry is white. The bathroom is elaborate and has a lot of fancy tile. The fireplace mantle is my favorite. I really like how it turned out.  This was our first house after we married has always and will forever be called "Aunt Betty's" because Mark's great Aunt lived there. After we moved in 2003, Linde and Julie lived there several years, then our hired hand, Cory. It had been empty now for about 3 years. It needed new windows and the bathroom needed some renovating, that was the original plan.  Mark enlisted his sister Melinda to help, soon it turned into what I refer to as "The Fancy House." We figured someday it would be a house for Jake. He likes to hold on to the past and loves to keep things that were in the family. He is very nostalgic and wanted the house to stay the same. He loved the dated walls, old cabinets, the history of the house and everything about it. It was neat and clean and livable. Melinda
