Ali recently asked me to take photos of Titus. I took photos while he was with me for a day. I figured he would be a challenge with his age and it would be easier that way. I had a backdrop set up and thought I would set some chairs and stool for him to sit on. If I made any attempt at trying to have him cooperate with me and do what I asked, he was not having any of it. In fact any chair I set by him to sit on, he would pick it up and throw it. If I got him to play and do things on his own terms, I could catch a photo or a look. I had to be silly and it was hard to get him to even look my way. Outside was easier just trying to get him in his natural element. The hay bales were my big idea. I was hoping to sit him there and he would like being on the hay and seeing the cats and dogs. Nope, he wanted down so fast, I happened to stand him up before I let him down and got a split second smile. That was the photo of the day! The natural light was perfect and his bright blue eyes popped! After I sent the photos to Ali, she asked me to do a couple photos of her family when we recently were at Karen's. Bridget seemed the most prepared for the family photo with her hair all fixed up. I had a lot of helpers behind me trying to get Titus to look and smile. He was not enjoying it , but thankfully he didn't show it in the photos. I got a few good ones. I personally like the black and white without all the different colors taking away from them.
