Jayden flew home to have some time with family July 21-27. Friday evening Jayden arrived at 7PM. She has been longing to come home and get out of the Texas triple digit heat. We took her to Olive Garden, per her request. We all decided it just isn't the same and has gone downhill over the years, bummer. Saturday we were up and on the road early to Williams for Mawgee's baby shower for Jayden. Grandma had talked about doing something with all her friends after the wedding. When Jayden was expecting she decided a baby shower would be just the thing. I joked that Grandma was having a party with all her friends, and Jayden was invited. Grandma said, "well yes that is exactly right." She asked Carina to host it in her home and she had agreed. I know she was overwhelmed with the large guest list and the timing right before her county fair. She likes to be very prepared and have everything planned, house perfectly clean and spotless.
