I just don’t understand. Mark
always tells me I don’t understand how a business works and how business people
have to be. This morning with our family in the car headed to church, Mark gets
a phone call. First I was very annoyed that he was taking a call on a Sunday morning on the way to church. I could tell from the conversation it was
pertaining to a Salford. I wondered why he even answered the call. Then, he
tells me to turn around and go back home because he may have to go to some guys
field and help him with his Salford. My emotions took control of me and I was angry to say the least and shot back
at him, Are you serious!!?? He called his hired man and sent him so that we could continue to church. I was still angry that he would have gone if his hired man
could not. I said, "Tell the guy it is Sunday and you are going to
church and that’s where he should be." I was also thinking it is Sunday morning
and mid March. There is plenty of time
to get field work done, just tell him you will come tomorrow. People should be
more considerate and have some patience. Mark just tells me that is how you run
a business. If my computer broke down, or my sink was plugged, or my car wouldn't’
start, I would not expect anyone to come running to my rescue on a Sunday morning,. In fact, I would not even consider calling. I just don't understand.
